Have always been pleased with the service I have received from NE GA Heating and Air. Richard has always been professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions. Would recommend him and the company to everyone. I feel much more secure with winter coming on knowing that my system has been thoroughly checked and that I can call them with any questions/issues that I have.

Love these guys - Ken totally saved us when the air conditioning went out during Memorial Day weekend with a house full of people. They take care of you and follow through.

NEGA installed our system 10 years ago. They have performed routine maintenance every 6 months since. Their technicians are courteous and very knowledgeable. They arrive on time for service appointments. We have a great deal of faith in Richard — our favorite tech.

I've been doing business with Northeast GA HVAC for over 2 years. I purchased my system from them. They installed it and have serviced it every 6 months since then, most recently by Ken Sewell. The system works great and they are always responsive and dependable. I highly recommend them.
